Lynne McDonald is a Senior Vice President at HMH Consulting. She provides advice to large corporations on the operational aspects of corporate-sponsored life insurance programs, including the negotiation, implementation and ongoing administration of such programs. She also has responsibility for the delivery of COLI, BOLI and TOLI administrative services to all HMH clients.

Previously, Lynne led the COLI, BOLI, and TOLI Administration function at PruBenefit funding from its inception in 1989 through her retirement from Prudential Financial in September, 2007. As a Founder of PruBenefit Funding with Charlie Morgan, Lynne implemented many of the administrative practices that are world-class standards in the COLI, BOLI and TOLI arenas today.

Prior to 1989, Lynne provided administrative support to Prudential qualified plan clients.
